Additional Services are discounted for clients with managed services and further discounted with more hours per month (hrs/mo) on account as follows:

$ 80 per hour or as quoted separately
$ 72 per hour with 2+ hrs/mo – save 10%
$ 64 per hour with 6+ hrs/mo – save 20%
$ 56 per hour with 12+ hrs/mo – save 30%
$ 48 per hour with 24+ hrs/mo – save 40%

Notice if you need support right away and are not currently a client with any of our managed solutions, your ‘unmanaged’ or ‘unscheduled’ support has no service level agreement and is subject to our availability and any work we do for you will be $ 80 per hour or as quoted and approved beforehand.

FYI – When it comes to Tech Support, we only need to do 4 things to protect our systems and data:

  1. Secure. Enforce both password and physical security on all our systems so only those we authorize can access our info and make changes.
  2. Defend. Enable firewalls and install effective software(s) to protect our systems so we are safe from viruses, trojans, malware, spy-ware and other malicious attacks.
  3. Backup. Ensure our backup solution is automated and continue to monitor it and test the restore process so we have no single point of failure no matter what happens.
  4. Manage. Effective management will regularly make sure all our systems are updated and protected.
